Well I think it screams race

. I wouldn't put it on if it were my car but buddy clubs exhausts are always gonna be the same: a straight pipe with no resonators or mufflers: nothing can outflow a straight pipe. To some people the cat back alone sounds like "rice". That car has a buddy club el header too. It's not ricey. If it was slow as sh!t it would be ricey but it isn't. If u put an exhaust like that on an old trashed sohc civic with 90hp that's definitely rice right there. This car is loud for a reason. This car is loud an raspy but saying it's ricey is like saying an m3 is ricey. If u put an exhaust on an m3 that's exactly what it would sound like and an m3 with an exhaust isn't ricey. Anyways el headers are known for that sound the owner probably knew it would sound like that because that's the sound that buddy club exhausts make. It surprises me that u say that because this entire thread is about hat exhaust and header. It tells me that ur uneducated about it but I could be wrong.

it really doesn't matter what the make, model, hp/tq numbers are... if the exhaust sounds like THAT [like a can of bees], it's rice in my book.

the m3, at least the e46, is notorious for sounding "ricey" with most aftermarket exhaust set ups, so that's a terrible example, but of course you knew that :]
