gearbox issues

Anyone have any trouble going into 1st or 2nd from a standstill? Does it all the time cold/hot car on/off the only way it will go in is by lifting up the reverse collar and it will go in..

Is your shifter/transmission stock? You may need to adjust your reverse lockout plate, or whatever that thing is called.

I have issues when it's cold but never have I had to lift the reverse collar to get it into first and I never start in 2nd gear. For sure take it to the dealer if it happens all the time.

Yep I'll bet that's your issue. There may be a thread on adjusting the plate somewhere on the forum, search using google.
