I wonder if something like the beatsonic roof spoiler would hide ugly tape marks...

Anyone have one and willing to measure?

I think the price point is fair. I'm definitely in for the group buy; ready to pay as soon as you're set up.

FYI update:
I am waiting on some new black hardware to arrive so I can assemble the final version for photos. These photos will represent exactly what you guys will be getting.

The spoiler would need to leave the top area of the window uncovered to make the light bar visible. If it comes down the glass at all it's likely to cover it. The 1/4 inch black tape hides much better and looks pretty good.
FYI update:

There is currently no mechanical connection to find center, a version in the future may have something like this as some have requested, but not yet.

They will come center marked, and it can be visually aligned to the push button in the headliner, this is good enough to get them almost perfect. It will also butt against a foam pad under the headliner, so it will fit square and straight.

For those who are paranoid/OCD about things being straight and square (like me), I can provide some rough measurements to place painters tape on the glass from the outside. Placing tape at equal distances from the edges of the glass will give you a near perfect alignment to center the light from the inside of the car.

Looks like the hardware should be here Saturday (thank you USPS!). A friend wanted to help take some better photos, if we can do that this weekend I'll post up a GB thread as soon as my vendor status is approved.

4949 should work well. It might be a slight pain to remove but at least it's only 1/4".

Design is looking great, btw. Keep me in the loop on the GB.
