He was able to get that header for one of the regular guys that attend BRZWorld meets so yes he can order it.

There isn't much that he can't get.

I would, but I have some personal reservations against catless components.

The last thing is if I want the OPP/Halton Regional Police making a big stink about it (pun intended), especially if someone else is driving my car and they would be totally blindsided

Agreed, thats why I spent the extra rubles for the catted header.
With a Magnaflow catback a visually legal exhaust system and a an OFT stage 2 (cable always connected).

I spent the extra coin to avoid po po hassle.
The filth used to and still occasionally (as in last weeks CSCS OPP blitz on the road in front of the track) pull plates on modified cars. Grant it, it was because of a complaint, and they had no equipment set up, but they have routinely set up outside of tracks in the past and pulled plates after inspecting arriving cars (they don't inspect a car on a trailer).

A pal drags at Cayuga and in years past he has seen DOT, and surprise , with the Ministry Of the Environment ! (smog police) set up on the road to the track.
They can and will plug into your port, read your ecu, and if error or non stock, your plates get pulled, also for other reasons, missing cats, front splitter (sharp object protruding from vehicle) a quarter inch poke on tires, etc.etc.etc.

The cops occasionally run safety lanes, where an assigned tail light chaser looks for junkers and race cars and gives them a once over, then issues an appearance ticket for the safty lanes for inspection.
If there is enough time, the exhaust system etc can be removed prior to appearance.

However, the road tax collectors often have a guy who sends you immediately for inspection, plenty of time to reflash and go your merry way.

Sometimes its like a spot check with DOT mechanics and smog cops waiting at the side of the road (saw that in Oakville, and Metro Toronto numerous times over the years).

I once got nabbed that way when they used the tailpipe test before the OBD ECU readers. A cop riding an iron donkey pulled me over in my smokey diesel landcruiser and said follow me to the safety lanes, 2 blocks later my plates were pulled.

Now I have the advantage of simple routine plate renewal. Pollution checks are simple, no parts removal required, and I can flash back to stock waiting in the line up for a safety inspection. If no line up I can have a massive search for a non existant blown fuse while the ecu reflashes to stock.

Zero need to flash back to stock, they won't have tools to compare whatever tune is on your car to a known stock tune (especially with so many different OEM revisions out there). They can't tell if CEL's are disabled either, so unless they log sensor output (unlikely) and put a sniffer in the tail pipe they'll have no clue of how it's running.

You would get your OFT dollars if you order through Shiv, but you'd be paying shipping and duties from the USA.

From BRZWORLD, you'd pay for its shipping but I think taxes. Also, I don't think you get OFT dollars. Something to ask Barrington.

Alright, so I'm a bit confused about brzworld - is http://clubstore.brzworld.ca the correct website?
I can't find any details on the website about where the company is based - not even which country. I presumed from the .ca address it was Canada, but when I order an item, paypal applies a US-Canada exchange rate - so it appears the prices are in US dollars. Is this right? Are the items coming from the US with duties etc?

Now that's retarded. Given it is .ca I was under the assumption would be Canadian dollars and (hopefully) ship from Canada.
