Pressure washer?
Can anyone help me pick out a good pressure washer that lasts? Looking for something in the sub 200 dollar range.
I had to come here because reading reviews on many say that they don't last for more than a season....which makes choosing pretty hard =/

I picked up my Simpson electric washer from Costco. It was roughly $150, the real benefit is if it ever breaks it's free to replace.
Connects to a foam cannon with a Bosch fitting relatively well but not perfect. AR makes a relatively cheap electric washer from Lowe's quality is good overall but parts can be hard to find as they're specific by AR only. |

We are about to post a review about the Greenworks 1500 you can purchase from Lowes.

I have a Karcher K5.740 X-series electric. Works great and you can use an adapter to use the foam cannon that is popular among detailers. It's a little over the $200 price range, but I think it's worth it as it's electric motor is water cooled and the unit gets great reviews.

I have the 1650psi Harbor Freight special. Can be found on sale or used with a coupon otherwise its $100.
Works decent with a foam cannon, been 2 years going strong washing pretty much every other weekend.

Just got a SunJoe SPX3000 and tried it out for the first time Friday.
The thing lasted about 0.22 seconds before the motor went silent for good. Literally turned over for a fraction of a second and dead. So, so much for getting some powerwashing done this weekend. I called the manufacturer and they're sending a new one via ground shipping yay.... :/ I'll let you know how it is if/when I get a working model. The reviews on Amazon have been pretty good so I am cautiously optimistic that it was just a fluke.

I'm paranoid of AC voltage and water, so I go the gas route...

Not a problem for OP, I am sure, but anybody that has freezing temps remember to bring your washers in!
Have gone through way to many over the years because I waited just a little to long and it only takes a couple of degrees below freezing to totally destroy the things. All those nice narrow passages freeze up FAST! Son works at an auto parts/hardware store and says they get many back every spring that just suddenly "developed a leak" after sitting in an unheated garage or shed over the winter.
