They are 0603( in the door switches), but if I remember correctly, you can use the PLCC-2. They will just be a bit brighter. I would recommend using the correct size, but shouldn't hurt too much. You must use the correct size(0603) when it comes to the Base radio, as there are cut outs in the buttons for the LED to fit. 0805 Might work, but might as well order the right one first time.

For the 2015 BRZ Series.Blue, there is enough room behind the buttons for PLCC-2 LEDs but the solder pads are too tight to get them soldered in. The 603 will work but are smaller than the stock LEDs.

Sorry took me longer to get the pics than I thought.

To disassemble the Nav HU just release the 10 clips around the front bezel.

Then disconnect the ribbon cable from the front panel. (Circled in red)

Then disconnect the small ribbon cable connecting the control board from the other board. (Circled in blue)

The big board in the front panel has 1 single LED on it. While the small control board has all the LED's for the volume knob and the push buttons.

To remove the large board, remove the 4 screws and disconnect the 2 ribbon cables shown here.

To remove the the control board, remove the volume knob by pulling straight out from the bezel front. Then remove the 7 screws.

Got this done yesterday and today as i was driving I noticed that the mps needle doesnt move, at idle the RPM guage reads 0 and my gas needle is a little off. I did follow the instructions with marking the position of the needles. Any suggestions on what i can do when reassembling it again?? Going to pop it off during the weekEnd,

One thing you might try.

Mark the positions with car turned off
Remove the needles
Start the car then turn it off
Replace the needles in the marked positions.

It sounds like the positions may have shifted when installing the needles. Not sure why the one is not moving though. What I did was hold the end of the needle with one hand in position then press it into place with the other.

Finished my full interior conversion this morning. I will post pics after it gets dark and I can get the tripod setup in the back seat.

Just finished this up going to play around with gauge cluster a little more until I get exactly what I want, but for for anyone else who wants to do this, the correct LED sizes on the are as followed:

Dual Climate Control, Clock, Traction Control, Gauge Cluster are PLCC-2

Dim switch and headlight angle switch are 3mm LEDs.

Trunk open button is a single 0603

The doors and radio are 0805
