Agreed. I'll pay attention to it next time I press in the clutch. I think I might have thrown away my oem pulley.

Too much load due to the lightweight flywheel. It's not knocking, it's bogging and trying not to die. Do you have a lightweight crank pulley as well? Not exactly a good recipe for keeping the load levels happy.

Sincerely,

As for the issues you're describing with the throttle stabbing without you touching it on certain maps, this is not normal and we haven't seen it elsewhere (provided the car is stationary and in neutral, not moving and clutch in while in gear as others have stated). I would be interested in seeing some logs of this occurring, but please first test and make sure that your EVAP readiness clears on this map.

From the looks of it, and my EVAP CEL for signal high and low signal, did you just turn on the evap? I have my AEM wideband connected to that signal, I just need evap to show ready. I still can't pass inspection with this tune.

P0452 and P0453 codes.

I have a tune from a different vendor that shows EVAP as ready, in my current configuration with AEM connected to that wire, just need to get that on your tune.

Do the Stage 2 tunes have the EVAP system switched off? I need to get an inspection very soon and solving the issue with the CEL helps but with a not ready for both the header and EVAP I wont be able to pass inspection either. Possible to get a tune file that I could set for inspection then put the normal tune back in?

No, the Stage 2 NA tunes do not adjust for an aftermarket flywheel, because an aftermarket flywheel/clutch isn't necessary until 330whp or thereabouts. That said, running both a lightweight crank pulley and lightweight flywheel is really doing more harm than good. The car will feel more responsive, but likely will actually slow it down. Ever wonder why drag cars run heavy, heavy flywheels? Intertia, an object in motion tends to stay in motion, and it's a lot easier for a 10lb flywheel to slow down than a 20lb flywheel. I'd recommend going back to stock on at least the crank pulley.

Sincerely,

Delicious Tuning

What's your email because I've sent bill two emails already.

Also having a spread sheet with that info on it might make things easier for every one.

Our tunes are not designed around lightened clutch's, flywheels, and under drive pulleys. If you change these parts on the vehicles it may have an abnormal affect even on the stock tune at idle. This is why our tunes are designed around stock rotating mass weights.

Because all clutch's, flywheel's, under drive pulleys have different masses to them there is no one end all solution to making sure the idle is perfect for all configurations. Just not possible.

You can attempt a relearn, and the best way to do this is reset the ECU, then turn the vehicle ON and let is idle on it's own for about 5 minutes and never touch the throttle.

Cheers,
William Knose

Okay so I guess I need to find someone with a stock pulley and buy a laptop to reset the ecu.
