Thanks for the interest guys! I just put up some closer pictures of the flares! If someone has pictures of their real Rocket Bunny kit unpainted and not on the car, maybe we can do a side by side comparison? Unfortunately, I have not talked to a lot of the guys in my area with RB kits.
I should add that these come with some kind of smooth plastic coating with primer sprayed over. The seller gives you a choice if you want white or black primer, I don't think it makes a difference.
It really depends on the color you're going to paint it. White primer for light colors, black for dark. Doing it this way requires less pant to get the desired color.

Gelcoat. The preference of black is ideal for finding imperfections. If you just scuffing and painting them then yeah, get the color closer to you car's finish as it will require less paint if the shop isn't using a neutral primer sealer before the base/color coat. I wouldn't trust fiberglass without a sealer period!

MORE PICTURES! Let's see the backsides! If you can hold them up to a light/sun so we can see if there is any thin/thick parts.

I'd buy these in a heartbeat if there even close to being worth anything. Only simply because if I bunny I'll end up hacking them up, molding it in and changing the front end to match the BRZ better. No point in buying legit bunny if the same amount of work and re-fiberglassing is to be done.

I've been interested in the flares as well, excited for the results! Glad you don't mind posting that they're replicas and helping give the community a more affordable alternative to widebody solutions. @OP

As a representative of both tra Kyoto and Greddy, this is pretty sad. While I can't tell anyone what to buy and what not to buy, I can tell you that this is the prime example of why companies like HKS, Apex, and even us (Greddy) are cutting back.

HKS even closed its US operation because of competition from fake companies.

Do some good in the industry and support authenticity.
