Most other countries besides North America require them, as well as reverse fog lights and auto-folding side mirrors. They pay more, but they get more too.

The battery was dead.
You may want to get a battery tender. Or disconnect switch. Or you know, sell the car.

You DD your M3 and track your GS-R. What niche does the BRZ fill that you haven't already got covered? Unless you're looking to sell one of the other two, it doesn't really get used.

Thank you for reinforcing my reason to sell the BRZ.

That really is what it comes down to. I really like the car, it's just not as good of a DD as the M3 and it's not as dedicated (nor do I want to weld a bar or cage into such a new vehicle that has value left) of a track car as the GS-R.

A car needs a purpose. Doesn't have to be an important purpose, just needs to be a purpose. If it doesn't have one, then there's no reason to have the car. I knew a guy that bought a ford GT purely because he wanted a match for his gt40. He barely drove it, but he didn't buy it to drive, he bought it to have a matched set. It had a purpose.

You can pull the plastic trim from the rear seat release from inside the car. Then pull the lock tabs up. Voila - access to trunk.

Or just use the key in the keyhole.

You seriously didn't know there's a key hole under the trim by the licence plate?

Does that work when the trunk lock button (to left side of trunk) has been pressed? Could be the case.

Of course it does. It's there for that reason, and in the case of a dead battery.

It's mechanical like a door lock so I'd hope so lol

Installed Tomei UEL header and flashed Stage 2 UEL 93 Oct tune with OFT. (Couldn't wait any longer for the OFH....sorry Shiv! ) Also a couple days ago, I picked up a Perrin silicone inlet hose from @TheseColorsDontRun and installed.

Ordered a Stivo spoiler and put together an appointment to have my trunk touched up.

On a side note... The factory tires aren't very predictable in the wet..
