From the Ca-Fi site and Changelogs in the downloads...
Note:

*1 Change log June 27 2014:

Fixed the Carhome crash issue.
Changed the download path from the cache to SD card

Sept.
1. Added a shortcut to turn off the screen via drop down menu. To wake it up again, tab the screen.

2. Increased the cache space to 1.5GB.

3. Saving the volume level. (Volume level lower than default value will be saved, while higher than the default value, it will be set back to the default value.)

4. Created a shortcut for EQ setting.

5. Changed the screensaver clock's font size.

6. Revised some translation.

Wow, some great new posts! Love the collaboration here, we're really unlocking the full potential of this unit. I still haven't figured out how to install Supercharger V6 onto this thing, if anyone has, a quick writeup would be appreciated (there was kind of one earlier in the thread but didn't really explain how). Any kind of over-clocking on this would surely be exceptional, since we don't have to worry about battery life like android phones we should try and make the processor scream!

Yeah I would really like a custom kernel capable of overclock and fsync off.

I tried like crazy to get V6 running a couple months ago with no luck. Maybe I'll try again.

Excited to get out of work and see if my custom boot screen attempt worked.

It's crazy that the thread here is alive and well but xda is dead in regards to this system

Has anyone tried, or gotten Xposed XFloatingWindow to work on the CA-FI? It works on my phone, but doesn't seem to do anything on the radio. It would be awesome to be able to have both spotify and waze up side by side if anyone can get that to work.

I also have a CA-FI unit for my Kia Optima SX. Been working on modifying this unit to work on these cars with OEM nav. I would love to help on this ROM.

Here is a photo of my setup. I also have all the lower OEM buttons working as well as the volume knob via USB. I have been working on some hardware and software to allow more IO for this unit.

Make sure its 1024 x 600, 32 bit depth, bitmap image (.bmp). Must be named "logo.bmp"

Try mine and see if it works for you.

It could also be that your file size is too big?

Shouldn't filesize for a bitmap of certain dimensions always be the same?
