You probably should have searched a bit before posting this, however, that doesn't mean we can't be helpful. So here's my 2 cents:
I was in a similar situation, couldnt find a catback that was within my budget. I really wanted the TRD (not the quad tip, the one with the rounded triangular tips), but it was out of my price range. After a good amount of research, I decided on the Nameless Performance axle-back exhaust, and I am very happy that I did. It sounds beautiful, but isn't too obnoxious. No drone, rasp, anything like that, and it looks beautiful. You don't get quite as much performance-wise as you would if you went with their full front pipe/ overpipe + axle back, but honestly I have been very content with just the axle back (that being said, i will be upgrading the rest with their piping in the future). If you're absolutely set on a catback setup, this may not be the choice for you, but if you're a bit more flexible about it you should definitely look into it. I haven't looked back since I bought it, and I can't see myself ever wanting a different exhaust now that i have it. |

If you dont plan on doing a full exhaust and just want a catback I recommend the Perrin 2.5 non resonated.
I have it and love it. I get compliments on its sound all the time. If your going to be doing headers and other stuff then get the resonated. |

It depends on your plans for you car. If you aren't going for power and just want some good sound the TRD exhaust was really nice when I owned it. However, you more than likely won't see any performance benefits from that system. The TRD exhaust will not do justice to actual performance or changing your setup to a turbo or supercharger.
The exhaust I am currently running is the Greddy Evo 3. I'm happy with the performance results and overall sound. I prefer a deeper throaty sound verses a loud and high scream lol. Plus, I really like the look with having dual pipes (2.75" diameter). There are many other companies that make great sounding exhaust that will benefit performance factors. As other have stated Perrin is a good exhaust. Full Blown Motorsports also makes an exhaust that will replace the catalytic converter and over-pipe (not just a cat-back). JM motoring has exhaust options as well as other independent vendors. $800-1K is a good range for a high named exhaust system like Greddy and Tanabe). You can still have a great exhaust without having to pay a high price as well. |

Nice tone, loud enough to let people know you are there but not alert every cop for miles and wont make mortal enemies out of your neighbors! Whatever you do get rid of that bloody sound tube (if haven't already) so you can hear what your exhaust is REALLY sounding like. |
