I've talked to a few people, and you can find low mileage used ones on ebay. Other than that you'd have to get them from Subaru/Scion for a lot money.

I think I've seen listed between $330 and $400 an axle. You can find them around $100 on ebay.

You need to either have a Porsche or have a family member that has a Porche to join PCA. However, you could have a PCA member referral and talk to the autox chair to get permission to attend their events. If you're a PCA member, you could bring whatever car you want to their events, based on what I've seen from the Tsangs and others.
