Hawk77FT is saying the design looks very similar to an Invidia N1, GReddy Evo3, etc (not the Invidia Q300). And it does look the part, almost exactly the same from a design perspective except the others I mentioned are using canister mufflers right before exit with a resonated mid-pipe, while the tips on the Quicksilver look as though they are designed as little "mini-canisters" and it also uses a resonated mid-pipe. Those all also use the y-pipe design in the axleback and not a single unit muffler or an extreme bend around to a muffler/mufflers (like the OEM unit).

Well that sounds spectacular.
I wish there was a standard for what cam and mic to use to record exhaust videos. That said, this one never sounded... Farty, like a lot of others. Color me impressed and I want to find a us dealer badly! |

Great now I have to decide between this exhaust and the Lachute exhaust... As soon as I think I have finally picked one out a new one shows up.

I agree that the price is a bit premium. I'd love to think that I'm paying for quality workmanship at that price.
If anyone is familiar with the brand, other than the list of makes that they support which is obviously rather impressive, I'd appreciate feedback on the quality of their products. I love the way this system sounds but I'm not looking to get ripped off. |

I emailed them last night for a price quote shipped to my zip code in Florida. They said it would cost about $1400 and it would take 18 days to get here.

Well at least now we know to never order directly from them... Definitely try to find yourself a local vendor, that's just a silly price. Not even close to shipping + conversion rate...

Has anybody been able to procure this system from a local vender yet? I wouldn't mind paying a little more since it doesn't sound like a fart can, but the price direct from Quicksilver is a little unreasonable.

volume!
More importantly do they provide dynamat with the exhaust purchase?! Have you looked at the dB increases across the rpm range? I would buy it if it was 10db-15db quieter across the spectrum.
