Very interested to see how much the rate actually varies.
Working on obtaining the information, it's not as easy as one would think! Hopefully we will have that shortly.

Can anyone suggest a recommended starting point for setting the coilover height?

Here are my current settings:

that is +/- even drop in the front and rear, so adjust according to your wheel/tire setup and how low you want it to get once it is fully aired out...

here is my car a few weeks back with 90mm/F and 30mm/R settings but my front tires were rubbing the bags, so i had to raise it up a tad...

Next question....

I have the struts installed. Considering how to route the air lines. I've been using the Rallysport Direct guys install guide. Sounds like they routed air lines underneath the car along the fuel lines. I would have thought it would be better to route them through the firewall.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

that all comes down to personal preference... all my air lines are routed underneath my car and since i live in southern california, i don't have to worry about poor weather conditions... obviously, the thing to look out for is to make sure the lines are not obstructing anything with zero binding; use plenty of zip ties and make sure that the air lines are secured properly.

Well, I'm back....was on vacation and finally got back to the install.

Everything is installed and operational for now. I have a leak I need to track down, but I'm going to be changing out some fittings anyhow, so not worried about that yet.

My current issue is that the front tires are rubbing on the bags. I started with the above settings, 80mm of thread showing at the bottom of the strut. Rubbing bad. adjusted the camber to 0°. Same issue. Adjusted the strut to 35mm of thread showing at the bottom of the strut, still rubbing unless I lift the car higher than I want to drive at.

Not sure where to go from here.
Running Rota Titan 17x9 +42 with Ventus V12 245/40-17. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

yea, 245 is too wide for the fronts, especially with that offset...

you obviously need to bring the front tires out more, but if you do that you will hit the fenders/side markers...

i'm running 18x8.5 +32 wrapped in 225/40/18 up front with -1.7 degree of camber...
my tires are ~0.5" away from my bags.

i'd get skinnier tires [225/45/17], but it will stretch due to your wide rims... you will also need to add spacers [5mm+] and run extended studs for safety reasons...

after that, you will have more room to play with and most likely not have to run any aggressive camber and deal with uneven tire wear...

use the tire calculator for a better analysis:

what if I ran a 17x8 +45 with 225/40-17? Think that'll work?
Looks like that would give about 8mm more space on the inside of the tire.
Plus that would leave plenty of room for a spacer if needed.

you can basically make any setup "work" with air suspension since it is variable...

it all comes down to the actual adjustments + alignment...

running smaller/skinnier tires will yield you the ability to get real low.

later down the road, i want to get some 17s and wrapped them in 205s, so i can lay frame, haha...

Nice.
I may just throw the stock wheels back on for now so I can use my car again.

I think my go forward plan is to pick up some 17x8's for the front and run a smaller tire, maybe 225/45-17. I do track the car, so whatever setup I end up with, it needs to be something I can drive aggressively with.

@zAnSh1n I really appreciate all your help.

Oh yeah!!!! 1000th post...lol

I agree. I would like to see what other solutions people come up with.

I should have mine updated next week, hopefully. Taking a little longer since I want to try something on the controller mount.
