I would verify all the reservoir caps are tight, brake, clutch, oil cap/filter etc. Probably not the culprit, but no reason to not rule them out..

OK so... was at my trailer today and going in the door I noticed a bunch of black dots that looked JUST LIKE THAT!
Came back and Googled "insect droppings" And low and behold ................ |

Except that for those to be insect droppings on the underside of his hood, the insects would have to be defying gravity when they shit.
