Rainy day, had my car side ways a few times, dropping a guy off to pick a car from another dealership, had to get the heart pumping a bit :P

Well, last night was pretty close to a bust at 1MoreLap evening.

The session started with the rain tapering off somewhat and it was probably giving some hope to many drivers, but that was cut short by a car spewing oil all over the track for 2 straight laps about 40 minutes in.
Mu student did well to keep his car out of trouble despite almost bald all-seasons. As soon as we drove through the oil I could tell it was going to be iffy.
Some cars spun and had minor damage but nothing serious thankfully.

By 6pm the track was shut down and drivers were grabbing food and drinks early instead of being on track.

Hopefully tonight's session should be much better with clear weather in store.
Won't be there tonight, so be safe guys!

Oil on the track for two laps? That's brutal. I hope it's all cleaned up now. Not surprisingly, their Facebook page doesn't mention anything about this having happened.

I'll be there tonight. Anybody else?

Its not unusual this kind of things happen at any track.

Dat Iz true! Shit happens. Two weeks ago an m3 put it right front nose first hard into the wall exiting Wilson's.

Lapping isn't a guaranteed safe thing. Mistakes happen, cars break...

It must have been hard to see the oil on the wet track
