OFT v2.06 Non-Beta

Did a quick search for this but didn't yield any results - is there a way to check what revision your tune is after it's been flashed? In retrospect, would have been good to rename the file before uploading.

No easy way to check the version of the tune you loaded. Would have to download the tune from the OFT and do a file comparison in Romraider until you found the one that matched up.

Easiest thing to do, as you said, is rename the file when you load the tune into the OFT.

FYI @Shiv@Openflash , I've been checking each new version since 2.03 and you guys still have an issue with the 91 oct Stage 1 map for the 900C cal ID. It says 700C not 900C when i look at the file with a hex editor. If it were that simple I'd just change that to 900C and go on my merry way, but there must be more to it than that -- I replaced with 900C in the two instances and it still won't let me load the map to my OFT. 93 oct map and E85 maps work just fine however.

I downloaded a v2.06 map.
But, there is no map for A01f.
You said you support A01f map with a formal and how it is.

Loaded up the v2.06 stg1 91 rom, went out for a drive then all of the sudden all the warning indicators come on and the OFT screen turns white.

Cann-buss communication error will have caused dash to go birko, most likely bad connection at obd port.

OFT screen going white indicates the power to oft went on/off/on in quick sucession.

Check connection to oft at obd port and at oft.

no harm done but certainly will get your attention

What would happen if say I was going over 100MPH when this happens with someone close on my tail at the track? Mid corner on a high speed sweeper and the engine decide to bog down suddenly?

did you hit a bump or something? you will have to clear the code and then turn off the car to reset the limp mode. trust me i know. this has happened to me a couple times already. @Robert@Openflash i guess im not the only that this has happened to

I actually didn't hit a bump when this happened. Also, I've had the oft since they first came out, and owned one of the first batch being sold. I've had this happen many times. Because of this I have never tried to take logs with the OFT during a track session. Just trying to see if there is a possible solution that will 'stick'. Was hoping disabling the U0155 with the 2.06 tune will cure this from happening ever so often unexpectedly. But... nope.

Yea I have talked to them about it and they said it might be a cable issue. I used to drive with mine hooked up all the time. Now I don't cause I don't want limp mode to kick in from me hitting a bump. The u0155 code is not the issue. It's the u0073

@solidONE I bet you have a bad connection at your OBD2 port. Mine went bad from plugging and unplugging too many times and the same thing happened to me. I bet if you hold the connection at the OBD2 port and wiggle back and forth it will flicker and your car will trip out. I had to clear my code with a Scangauge and reset my ECU.
