If my BRZ comes with the regular STI pedal, I'll be disappointed. Unfortunately, I can certainly see Subaru doing that to save money on the US models.

My BRZ has the smaller pedal. I find it very hard to heal and toe, I wish it came with this pedal

It's not just USDM models. They stopped it for Japan too, because of concerns over unintended acceleration.

I would too. Of all of the cars I've owned this is the only one I can't use the side of my foot to heel/toe. That boggles my mind. Guess I need to do some shopping.

I bought the Cusco pedal, and it's a huge improvement.

The pedal in that pick would look better, though.
