Ready for the next set of lapping days:

- Oil and filter changed.
- Track pads are on.
- Even did a semi-flush on the clutch fluid.

If I'm like on the verge of doing an oil change (I do it every 5K) would you recommend doing it before (i.e. running 5K after with the track day scrap) or after (running the track day with the 5K scrap of before) said track day ?

Personally, I'd do it before the track given that you're going to be pushing it hard at the track.

Better safe than sorry.

Do you want crap in your oil before you push it super hard? OR fresh oil and a little bit of crap after?

Honestly if you do a change every 5k you will probably be good anyways.

I should be there tonight around 9 ish. Hopefully will have a chance to wash the car as I've been driving through none stop construction zones all week.
