Lucky a top level D1 car isn't used as a daily, huh?

The extractors look awesome, but I would like to know how much gain you'd get from them.. Cams and high compression pistons are awesome things that interest me..........

At 12.5-1cr from factory Nafe do you think higher compression will help or be cost effective.

Maybe with monster cams it might but i cant see it being beneficial to the masses.

Would it help produce more power - yes.
Would it be alot - on it's own - unlikely
Will it be cost effective - not really, but no one claimed it to be. High power natro engine builds rarely are. I know this from experience in my old ae86.
Re monster cams - lucky HKS appear to have that covered as well
Re the masses - that is for the individual to decide. You may be surprised how many people, particularly in Japan, would like to do a bit of n/a tuning... If people didn't want to do n/a tuning there wouldn't be so many modified n/a ae86's running around.
Personally I would sooner throw in some cams, throw on some really good extractors and bump the compression than turbo the thing.
Do I think that would produce more power than forced induction? VERY unlikely, but then do I care about out right power? Not really, or I wouldn't be looking at this car
Each to their own I guess

Hi gtauto,

Are you guys HKS distributors? If so, would you have any idea what kind of price would we be looking at for the full exhaust and coil-over suspension?

Cheers

No probs, Bear in mind that HKS exhaust are 100% noise and emission legal in Japan which unfortunatly adds to the design and material costs.

cheers
