Touge Factory Quad Tip Axleback + TRD Rear Garnishes

The Axelbacks tips are scratched but otherwise it's still a perfectly functioning muffler delete. I sent a message to TF asking what the cost of new tips would be and will update this when I find out. The garnishes are scuffed as well with one of them having a slight tear but it would be hidden when installed. New 3M tape is needed and one of them needs new weather striping as well.

Is there any modification needed to be done to the factory bumper to get these to work. Or do they just stick on.
