Will 255/40/17 fit with RCE Yellow springs? Or, will it rub on the spring perch?

I realize that it's counter-intuitive, but before. I already have tires so I'm trying to use them. I can keep my food out of the floorboard so I believe I'll be able to get away with it. Easiest fix is to upgrade axles in the meantime and keep the stock diff until mine can be upgraded.

I will buy new tires for my FRS and I am considering to get 265/35 for the rears but still haven't decided for the fronts.
Which one you guys recommend? My wheels are 18x8.5 +44 and I'm on FA coil overs.

Thanks man! I'm running ISC coilovers, the wheels fit with stock struts and oem springs, and also with eibach sportlines too on 235/45's, not sure the 255's would fit on a regular strut set up with the +45 RPF1s

On the +45 wheels and 245/40/17 tires mounted, it still rubs a little with 5mm spacer in the front (total of +40 offset -2.5 camber). Although you might get away with 255's if you run little or no negative camber on the stock struts. Then again, what's the point if you can't dial in some much needed camber?

Soon to join this thread. Swapped my AME Tracer TM02 (18x9.5 +22) for some Gram Lights 57Xtreme in Winning Blue (18x9.5 +40) and bought some 255/35/18 Hankook Ventus V12 Evo2 yesterday. Excited to get some meat under this car.
