That was all GPS - but it worked nicely sorry if I was a but slow to get to the right exits
Btw - how bad are my headlights when I'm behind you?
That OPP was a bit of a surprise - he just sailed past us and we were at about 118k on cruise
I think those shrimp things from the dim sum truck (lol) are kicking in now

Did everyone else turn right or left out of DSG to head home? We went left and it was pretty straight forward to the 15-20-40 I think - we went under the runway at Mirabel(?) on the way to the 40 anyway

Thanks Jason@DSG - now you've got me thinking about that trans upgrade.... 10% off to eh?

I went right and got into more construction. Managed to catch Pat but couldn't find anyone else. Was at my door at 8:15 pm. Averaged around 130-135 km/h. Must wash car tomorrow!

Thanks all that came out today and to Jason for hosting the event at a very unique, storied place.

To be honest with ya, if that transmission upgrades is as crazy as he made it sounds, for 700$ it's nothing. I can only imagine an auto FRS with paddle shifter hitting as hard as the SMG in an M3 !

Was fun yesterday folks!
Heart-rate was rising as we made it through Montreal to get there.

Was a nice drive back, took the 20 up to Ste-Anne-De-Bellevue exit (#39), was much quieter that way.

Congrats Evan (Dolo) on winning the oil cooler, damn you!

Happy Birthday to Louise yesterday and to Pat today! Hope you guys had/have fun!

Thanks to Jason @ DSG for hosting, glad the weather cleared just in time.

I took the 20 out and took a side road over to the 40, it was pretty much construction free.

Thanks DSG for hosting, it was a nice trip over to Montreal and somehow I wound up winning that nice thermo oil cooler.

I'm checking some fitament/compatibility of it with the future turbo kit, it may be for sale if someone in the club is looking for one.

Had a great lapping day with SPDA at Mosport DDT. Ran into Trac Toy (figuratively). There were a bunch of twins there, as to be expected. Got a ride in this one too.

Pretty different experience from Calabogie. Much shorter track, much simpler corners. Learned a lot, enjoyed the variety.

Sorry, no pics. You'll have to trust that this happened

Has anybody gone to the Mount Washington Autoroad?
I'll be going next week or the week after with my friend. Should be a fun cruise in our cars!

If anybody has gone some ideas of places to stop would be greatly appreciated. We're thinking of making it a two-day thing

Mosport DDT is one of my favorite tracks, even in its old configuration. Attended and won my first Time Attack event there.
I'm sure with the new configuration it must be loads of fun to drive now.

Who was driving the Speed Academy car? Dave or Vinh?

Confused by the "ran into Trac Toy" comment. Did you run him over or something?
