You have to go into the data logging setup and remove a channel you don't want to see then scroll down multiple pages and tap on boost to start displaying/logging that. Some also suggest turning on flkc (knock correction).

Don't forget you can click on the row when viewing live data to view it in "gauge" mode. I used to monitor my AFR as primary and then boost and adv multiplier as secondary "gauges".

If some kind soul would take pity with some newb-ish questions with this Kit:

1. I've got TRD Exhaust and TRD Intake. Usually with the full FI upgrades an exhaust from manifold to cat-back is just about a requirement. Since the FTS kit is "on-demand" only, is that still true?...Also, The FI kits usually come with their own Air-Intake, can I still use my TRD Intake with this FTS kit?

2. If I've read the graphs and info correctly, with this kit I should feel the torque gains down low (like around 4,000rpm), but the HP gains up higher (around 6,000pm and higher)?...And effectively, the torque dip is gone?

3. Anyone running this kit with the Crawford BPBs? I have the blocks and wondering if they might work in synergy with each other.

Thank you!

Thank you!

1) you can keep things stock if you want but headers and exhaust will help with higher hp/tq numbers like any car.

As for the intake if I remember the trd setup correctly it won't allow for both esc and the intake together. But I know someone is running the Perrin intake.

2) torque dip is gone and hp/tq is higher across the whole band.

3) Crawford power block won't help.

1.TRD intake will not fit with the phantom supercharger because the airbox housing extends to where the compressor will be and the opening is facing the throttlebody. Best bet here is to sell the TRD intake to someone else and just get the TRD/HKS/K&N filter if you are looking for a high quality filter. Exhaust is not required but you will get better results with it....not a huge gain like you will with a 300-400 hp turbo remember though.

2. TQ dip is obliterated. You will have huge torque gains down low and about 30 to 40 hp+ above 6000rpm. If you go with e85 those gains will be better. If you go with the 1.5 dump conversion you will get more top end as well(adds extra batteries to the array).

Most people are going from 173hp stock to about 205hp with the standard kit and 215hp with the 1.5dump addition.

3.BPB has been tested with the kit by @Shiv@Openflash and there was no appreciable gain when using with forced induction. The effects of the BPB is negated by the addition of a pressurized manifold from the supercharger.

Hope this helps!

Thank you guys for the quick response! So I'll have to get rid of my TRD CAI. What's the recommended (if any) way to go for air intake then? Go back to stock and just put a good air filter in there...Or swap in the Perrin CAI...Or something else?

Thanks again, Robftss is about to hear from me.

Honestly the power gain is minimal with an aftermarket intake. I would save the money and get a nice drop in filter.

PM'd ya - I just happen to have a freshly cleaned and oiled K&N filter and modified snorkel sitting here un-used

Your mods thus far are nothing compared to what the tq 250 can do. As for the intake you would need to go back to stock. As for the q300 I have it and love it.

As for the install... It's easy. Watch the install video.

Thanks for the recommendation! I'm looking forward to install this later on and join the group!
