Help me pick a clutch

I have an AVO running 273WHP and just over 200pf of torque.

It is going in for a retune after changing up to a 3" exhaust system so I expect to be pushing 300WHP and mid 200pf torque on a 92 octane tune and perhaps a bit more with a race fuel / pump gas mix.

I have a Competition Stage 3 Clutch (segmented ceramic)

I have never liked this clutch. The engine jumps around on launch, it has made chatter and it is terrible on the street at low RPMs - especially going up hills from a standstill.

It is only a month old. However, it has even started to get stuck halfway through the pedal travel on occasion. It mimics a slave cylinder going bad but I don't think that's the issue.

Anyway - I want to install something different. I am leaning towards trying an ACT or Clutchmaster but I am open to anyone who is currently running a clutch and likes it with the following characteristics -

I don't want a race clutch - I am fine with a street clutch.
I don't particularly like shaking and rattling.

This is one I am looking at:

I am also considering a Clutchmaster 350.

Am I missing anything else out there that would make sense?

Thanks for your feedback!

Exedy Stage 1. Drives like stock, with the exception of some minor rattles at higher idle speeds (like idle with the AC on).

Exedy stage 1 is good. Stay away from anything pucked, which is what ACT likes to do. Clutchmasters anything is top quality stuff, but with top quality comes top price.

The rattle is not my biggest worry - although I could do without it. Is this enough clutch for the mods?

Yah.. mine started to slip only around 320 lb-ft of torque. I'm going with the stage 2 now.

Looks like Os giken has a grand touring clutch coming out soon too. I just sent an e-mail to them for info. For the price - it better be much better! Looks like a different deal altogether.

Thanks for your input and experience on that Exedy. I don't mind burning them up and replacing plates - I just can't abide the shaking. Getting stuck part way in the travel is too much to bear. I would rather spend some more or just get one that works. This is the second Comp clutch that has been inn the car. First one was ludicrous to the point where even the shop crew was like - that's absurd.
