Haha I have the same exact scratch on my car. I always forget its there, but everyone still points it out to me.

I think that scratch is small enough to just DYI using touch up paint. I'd probably just clean the scuff and do the touch up myself, especially it sits at such low spot no one would notice amateur paint job.
