It did offer evidence of subjective tinnitus from an otologic disorder source (the most common cause), and yes, it is indicative of permanent damage.

Yeah I love mine, it's a nice low tone. Took about a month to break in. Had a tinny sound at first but now it's just the low tone and a little louder than when it was brand new. This was the best video out there for sound. He used binaural mics, so it's pretty spot on. It gets pretty growly when you're on the gas!

Mines a daily driver so it's nice to cruise out of the neighbourhood quietly, then romp on it when I hit the main roads. Lol!

If you haven't removed or plugged your sound tube do it! Then you will hear what the exhaust really sounds like in the car instead of the artificial "race car" noise the tube creates. MUCH MUCH NICER!
