Hey guys it's Alex from last night with the raven FRS. Thought I'd chime in. It was nice meeting you all and I look forward to building this beauty of a car. Hopefully I'll have enough money left for food. See you guys next week

This lapping day is at the Mosport DDT track, not the GP track.

But yeah, the GP track is pretty fast, and especially tricky in the wet.

Wow. It's pretty dead In here today!

Anybody thinking of going to the Algonquin car show? It's the 6th which I believe is the day at DSG. The car show starts at 11. Do we have a time for DSG yet?

I registered for the show but said I might have to leave by 12-12:30 so they will park me so I can get out early

We need more info on DSG plans - @Pbrown ?

I might be down for the Algonquin show if they can park us together close to the exit so we can leave.

Aylmer was OK this year - very hot and sunny, not much wind even off the river though.
I was the only Twin there - not a surprise - the guy with the gold 350Z vert with vertical doors and chrome 19" rims was beside me but my car got lots of love and questions - I don't know a lot if French but I could hear the douchbags dissing it too >
I don't think there were as many cars overall but lots of people wandered thru. There were a huge number of Mustangs.
I followed the 350Z out just before 4:00 ahead of the crowd - it is always a challenge getting out of the park and thru Aylmer after this show - I was back home by about 5:00 anyway.

I'll have some pictures up later today...

I hope the weather improves by the weekend again for the Kiwanis Car Show on Saturday 16 - I'd still like to see if we can rally up 10+ Twins to go to that....
