I win! Quad turbo 4cylinder!!!

Can we move on now...?

I personally believe the mr2 carries the most unbeatable smiles-per-dollars ratio. The fun factor simply can't be matched for the price. The problem now is finding one that is unmolested and cared for.

Getting back to the OP, I think if you put a nice 20 valve in the aw11, it would surely give the frs a run for its money. If you do an mk1.5 car (an aw11 w/ 3sgte), it will blow away the frs. But stock for stock, well... the aw11 is slow as balls.

That's actually one of the things I want to do...

That's one of the things I'd like to do. An RHB31 (will spool almost instantaneously) and four of them at 9 psi are good for 360hp, and at their max without going too far out of efficiency they would be good for 520 CHP at 13 psi....

If you want to wait a little bit for spool you could go with four gt1548's and at 9 psi be good for 540 whp ...

Jaden

p.s. so in answer to your question....Yes....NOW, we can move on...

I saw this on MR2OC as well. This guy is nuts.

My MR2 is the car I miss the most. I loved it more than I did my S2000, NA and NC Miatas. Sigh. I would love to own one again but like most said, it's nearly impossible to find one that's not a complete trash. Rust is AW11's worst enemy...even in Texas.

Yeah. Hes a chill guy. Known him for awhile. Used to track with him when i had an MR2. This is the first time ive seen him full out gunning it in his mr2.

Last time i saw him at a track event. He had a mazda 2 and smoking everyone at the track. But thats another discussion.

He has the sc, unless it is tired it is already faster than an FRS.
With a pulley and haltech on pump, mine is faster than my 86 with headers on E85 tune.

Idk, I had an SC with a pulley and I think my stage 1 BRZ might be faster. It'd be close, though. The mr2 might have a better mid range, but don't think it can match the brz's top end. Would love to see a stock 86 vs stock mr2 SC duke it out on a track!
