Dog doesn't let me sleep anyway, hopefully I'm motivated to wash the car and get up there. Now to deal with the muscle car guys being pricks...Which let me clarify, I like all cars, I just hate when we import owners get looked down upon because we have a non-muscle car, by the usual suspects at C&C.

It's usually the Corvette owners that think they're better than everyone. Yet they all drive their cars like giant vaginas. How do I know? I see it on the road EVERY TIME I PASS ONE.

I don't know why the hell people buy 400+ WHP cars then drive them like a damn grandma. Buy our car if you want to look pretty and drive slow all the time. I don't think my car is too slow tuned though. It's pretty quick, but not fast.

So my brake caliper came off while driving to work today so my car is out indefinitely till parts arrive. Good luck to you guys going to the 86 drive tomorrow and be careful.

No, I stripped the caliper bolts that hold it to the sliding pins like an idiot. Hit a bump and it dislodged the screws I had somewhat holding the caliper in. I braked then felt like air when hitting the pedal. Car barely stopped. The piston on the right rear was about an inch and a half out. Had to use a lot of force pushing the piston back in via the brake pad then putting the caliper back over the pads. Had my fiance bring me bolts to hold it in place slightly to get me home. Car is in the parking spot till parts arrive. Sucks so bad. The stud problem is from wanting to work on my car too often and removing the wheels. I'll be getting racing ARP wheel studs. That will end this problem for good. They're meant for constant removal and stronger.

Thankfully the bracket and caliper aren't damaged at all. My large wheel holds it from dangling.

lmao, not even close. 2014 Corolla LE. It's white, I barely fit in it, and I already caught myself reaching for a non-existent clutch.

Just waiting for my parts to arrive to fix my issue. No idea on backorder status or anything, which sucks. Toyota said it's hard to get OEM parts for our cars because they're backordered. Not sure how that happens on a car that's 2 and a half years old now. Figured they would have a healthy supply.
