+10000 to this post.

I have ST and they are awesome for the price. You can get a set to your door for a little under $900

For daily driving, are the dampers better than stock? As in, a better ride?

I'm confident they'll be better than stock when going for performance. But it's the DD I'm interested in.

Are you asking about the ST's? Honestly I can't remember if there was a difference. These might be a tad stiffer? I really enjoy the way the ST handles for DD. I drive over 60 miles a day mostly highyway, but i also go up into the mountains as well. I highly recommend the ST for DD.

I'm mostly asking about potholes, bumps and the like. Highways here are decent, so they'd all feel relatively the same. But its the crap roads that I'd like to smooth out.

I got new rims/tires and my coilovers in the same week. So after the installing everything it was a major difference. I put the Michelin PSS along with these coilovers and have grip for days. And since I put new wheels on I avoid every pothole like the plague. But I do hit the occasional and it's not that bad. How bout, come out to Denver and I'll take you on some nice mountain roads?

to answer your question OP...yes it will "look good"

and by that i mean these coilovers are only good for achieving a certain height....and thats about it. ST's aren't that expensive, why are people buying cheap taiwanese dampers for the same money.

Unless OP just wants coilovers to say he has coilovers it would be more beneficial for OP to state what he is looking for in his suspension. Many people on this forum (myself included) are better off with a nice set of springs. Eibach, RCE, Swift, and TRD all have fantastic springs that provide a bit of drop and an overall improved suspension feeling. Are they as good as a nice set of coilovers? No. But for DD, there is no need to spend money on coilovers unless you want a considerable drop.

Good looking is not the way to go sir. RELIABILITY is the key. Its not like you will see the coilover anyway. lol. If i were to go coilover, Im going to say Stance. Ive had them on previous cars. Loved em.
