I would agree that BYO audio would have to be the best approach if you wanted anything half decent in it.

Werd. I would probably only deaden the doors. Depends how solid they actually feel. I like the thud of a sound deadened door when you close.

Did i read right that the gt and gt limited are the only 2 with 6 speakers and the g only having 2.

I've heard that the stereo will not be one that is in the current toyota's as I first thought.

Possibly similar to jdm ? Has anyone questioned it with the dealers ?

i know nothing about the stereo in the 86, but as long as they have a USB port or a 'AUX in' port i'm good

I'm more worries about the actual drivers. But I've already decided in putting my current setup over to the 86.

Being an audiophile, this is quite important for me.
