You need KitKat for that to work.

Wake from standby fails with these alternate launchers for me. I'm assuming the same for everyone else?

Seems to work for me so far if the radio is on when I turn the car off. Need to do some more testing though.

What about satillete radio? Does this unit support it without having to use WiFi tethered from my phone? Really wanna avoid having to tether at all ( no more unlimited data) .

Satellite radio requires additional hardware only available in stereos made for, and sold in the USA. I don't think we'll see such hardware in stereos made in China.

It seems the Elgato EyeTV W, will work with the unit provided we can download the app from PlayStore, it just works on wireless (if it works on android phones, I dont see why it wouldnt work with the unit)

You can use the XM radio app from the Google Play store, but again, why bother when you could just use pandora or slacker instead for free.

Yup, I'm getting the same result, stand-by does not seem to work when car home is disabled, but if radio is on (even if I just press right before turning the car off) standby works. Now, I'm testing to see if it'll work if radio is still showing on the notification bar (in the background) but not actually playing, this happens when I click on pandora while the radio is being played. I'd really like to get standby working with car home disabled, because Nova and the Home2shortcut double tap for voice is so nice.

What "navi app" does it run? and does it have it's own maps on the hard drive or card?

I tend to drive around in areas where cell coverage is spotty, and if it is downloading apps via the phone wireless, then it would be problematic for me.

Have you not read this thread at all? This is an android based unit, download an android navigation app like Waze. Please read the thread before asking anymore questions, because they've probably been answered.

Standby works even if radio is running just in the background, so my theory is, if we can get the radio service to run persistently in the background, then standby will work 100% of the time. Anyone know of a way to do this?

Has anyone else got Supercharger V6 working on this yet? I know one person did but I'm still a little confused on how to get it setup, seeing as how we can't really plug it into a PC, and the install instructions I've seen require that.
