I have some super bright led reverse lights and I think they light up a little better than the halogen\filament bulb. Maybe the light being white instead of orange\brown helps, in addition to the added brightness. I do use a backup cam when backing up at night so it could be that my cam picks up white light better, idk. Backup cam is a must have IMO.

We've done a lot of research and testing with HIDs

Well Last weekend I installed the Crawford Billet Power Blocks





just received my Raceseng S2 Pulley Kit and Askiko Knob w/ reverse lockout I need to get that installed soon

I'll chime in with another positive review for you guys, just cus you deserve it.

I bought license plate and side marker LED's from another vendor initially, because it was a few bucks cheaper than buying from DD. They went out/started flickering within 2 months. Vendor also did not respond when I asked about any warranty on the bulbs.

Turned around and got replacements from DD, and they are looking good after 3 months. The output is more consistent and the color is crisper. Not to mention the 3-year(?) warranty, for additional peace of mind.

So don't waste your time and money trying to save a couple bucks elsewhere. Go with DiodeDynamics
