agree about the video it describes the exhaust perfectly. I have the 60s with a hks front pipe and cruising is fine, but the moment I give it gas the car loves letting people know..

But now I'm not worried about getting a header it seems as if noise levels weren't dramatically increased at all!

Yeah, if you have such a nice exhaust, it doesn't make sense not to have a header too. Power wise, headers will do more for you anyway.

Anthony, have you considered any CF body panels to reduce weight even further?

@sato yes he has. And a carbon fiber trunk isn't even a full pound lighter. Only 10 ounces lighter. I've even heard that the CF hoods are heavier than the already very light aluminum ones that come on the car. Trunk I know for sure, unless you pay super amounts of money im sure. Hood comment is only hear say. Glass, he needs to replace the glass. But @Anthony already knows that

Dry carbon is the only way. But 4k for hood and fenders is a bit much.

Only morons would think to use wet carbon as ultimate weight savings, it is more of a cosmetic/rice piece if anything.

Eh... on our car, for some pieces, yes. The hood and fenders for sure. But you could have some very thick, very wet carbon fiber doors and they'd still be lighter than stock.

Just take the door skins and weld them in place and remove everything else. Hmm......

Dukes of Hazard style. I'd pay like ten bucks to see Anthony slide across his hood like one of the Dukes.

Just wondered how the Griffon Project managed to save all that supposed weight and if Anthony could benefit. But then again, at what cost?

BTW, keep up the good work with the build.
