Just saw a Raven going down 11th past Applebees. Looked stock except for some black wheels. Couldn't tell if they were aftermarket or just plasti dipped.

Hot Lava heading East on SE Foster Rd around 6:00pm with personalized Cultural Trust plates that said 'manito' or something of that sort - one of the few hot lavas I've seen in the greater Portland area.
