I went and looked at that place in Hamtramck yesterday, and although I'm sure living there isn't awful, it's just too packed for me. Really hard to give up my historic house in Seminole Hills, Pontiac to move into a very dense city setting. I saw some tagging in the back alley and some broken windows on the garage, I'd be worried about vandalism. My girlfriend also wouldn't feel safe travelling ANYWHERE alone.

Not to mention there's $16,000 in back taxes owed between the two properties. It'll be interesting to see what they go for, and I'll probably kick myself for not jumping on it, but it just didn't make sense to get rid of an ~1800sqft historic bungalow for a 1500sqft duplex in a cramped neighborhood just for the extra garage space... taxes on the two buildings are at least triple what I pay now and maintenance and upkeep on the garage would undoubtedly be staggering. I wouldn't have any money left over to cram it full of cars.

Well in some good news it looks like I'm keeping the BRZ! Had to convince the wife that she doesn't need a SUV for one kid. Now I haven't been on the forums in a while and I guess I could search but... Has anyone found some mods that actually increase the performance of our cars? I'm not talking about spending 1k+ for 10hp and I'm not ready for a Super/Turbo charger yet. I'm still praying that TRD comes out with a supercharger kit for 2-3K that's reliable.

From what i've heard, the best value mod for the money is get a tune. Get an E85 tune on your car and its supposedly good for 20-30hp. That and you get the other benefits of a tune.

yeah from everything I've been looking at e85 plus a good tune will be best bang for the buck, that is if you have some stations around you that have e85 here in brighton we only have one luckily its pretty close to my house.

Spotted another white FRS turning onto pontiac trail in Wixom.

It makes me happy to see this many 86s in the wild.

I'm glad to hear this Dave.

I'm getting really close to pulling the trigger on an Open Flash Tablet. They are $500 new / $400 used. I guess they add 8-10hp and help lesson the torque dip. You can do E85 and make a lot more on top of that.. then add a header and intake and exhaust and continue to improve.

Anyone in MI have one?
