beware of these people. the service people are great, very nice and helpful....just had my second fuel pump replaced. so #3 for this car- also my steering wheel is peeling, that is going to be replaced soon 5-7 days...my main issue is the techs, i know these guys don't get paid much and are busting their asses off, but somehow they scratched the plastic fake leather behind the door handle on my drivers side very badly after i had left my car there for 3 days, ALSO...fairfax does NOT give out free loaners apparently for warranty work....so now i have to bring my car back to get the steering wheel replaced and they said they would work on the scratched interior....the lack of free loaners for warranty work is unbelievable, oursman in chantilly gives free loaners out-same company! lol oh well and I've done some forum searching....Oursman Fairfax quoted me $1400 for labor for install of TRD lowering springs...is this a lot or am i crazy? lol thanks!

So from what I gather...

- You like the people there but someone scratched something
- They are offering to fix their mistake without any question
- You have common TSB issues and they are handling them

Your username has 1995 in it. Are you under 21? It would be against policy to give you a loaner at that age, in fact you're supposed to be 25 to rent a car in VA afaik. If you got one from Chantilly was someone with you signing for it?

As for the overpriced quote... They're a dealership. Par for the course.

Maybe I missed something. Good luck with the fixes and stuff.

well I'm 26 FYI lol but they scratched the door- i did get a loaner after complaining for about 30mins how warranty issue should get a loaner.......the new steering wheel looks good, the scratch on the door panel was somewhat fixed however they state they will not replace it since it allegedly happened there....just lack of professionalism, i will be going back to chantilly for all my work, 28 is just a pain at 5pm when i get off of work

I know this thread is pretty old, but i just came across it.

As far as my experiences at his dealership, they have been extremely pleasant. Everything that i needed is looked at or anything i need replaced is no questions asked. I got loaners every time I've been there, and they usually try to hook me up with the nicest car they have available. I usually talk to Kevin McMurtry who is the Assistant Service Manger. He is freaking awesome. If you ever need to go back for some reason i highly recommend talking to him first.
