I got my coil overs today so I'll install them tomorrow and then get them to fix check this out when I get my alignment. Might as well save myself a trip!

Update! When I installed my coil overs, I swapped on my new wheels and tires. The sound completely went away.

Today when I put my track wheels back on (the gold ones pictured), I noticed the sound was now coming from my front left wheel which was the same one I had on the back that was making the sound before.

I was curious, so I took the wheel off the car and rolled it down my street. In the process of looking like an idiot, the wheel made the same sound. It sounds like something inside the wheel. I'm not sure what it is. I checked it thoroughly for cracks and it still holds pressure fine. I'm really not sure what it is but I'll probably run it by a shop to have them pop the tire off and check over it to make sure everything is sound soon.

Hey...

I just disassemble all the parts there, brake disk and drum shoe everything

and reassembled it and sound was gone. I think it is something with drumbrake things...

It sounds kind of like something hitting and bouncing off the ground or catching a spoke just to give you an idea. I don't know how else to explain it, so here is a terrible vid that should get the point across:

The audio was the important part anyway. Anyone have any ideas? The only mods in the rear (non-power mods) are RCE springs which have been on the car for at least a year and the RPF1's. I did replace a wheel stud a couple weeks ago but I figured if something was messed up with that, it would have surfaced right away. I checked all the lines/nuts and everything is secure that I can see.

*Update*

Just for those who wind up here, this problem only happens under 15mph. Once I hit 15 the sound goes away. I'll update this post after I take it in to get checked out.

12 July update

After removing the wheel and rolling down the street, I found that the wheel still made the sound. It sounds like something inside and will get it checked over soon.
You rolled down the street with a wheel off? f*ckin legit
