True, but maybe they don't see the friendship with a certain person (you) as beneficial to them anymore and that is why they are indifferent towards you.

It happens more so with women especially in cases like yours. Because now they're aware of their value & see your value much lower then theirs and see no benefit in having a close relationship with you. This is due to female hypergamy that is biologically wired into every single female.

I've just always wondered why guys just can't be themselves.

Tbh, passion and confidence (not too much or else it'll make you look conceited) are top things women look for. Then it's some physical appearance (for me its some other women may be a lot) and humor with an awesome personality.

I've met some of the members on here in person and I can honestly say. ALL of the guys that hung out for the kbbq should've gotten a good girl.

Kind of annoys me of how some women miss out on great people because of their "standards." Have a COUPLE must haves. Make acceptations. Learn new things with them. Explore different interests of both parties. Wonder why they love it so much.

There's a lot more to say about BOTH parties, but I'm not going into that since "everyone is different."

Anyways, I plan on getting buzz'ish tonight on IRC. See ya on! (those who go on that is).

This girl speaks the truth. Confidence in yourself goes a long way with women. Err on the side of being c***y then being a pushover.

Growing up as a self-conscious fatkid I missed out on the attitude and confidence training and would often try TOO hard landing myself in the friend zone... but fast forward a decade and I'm in my early 20's; I still suck at being the right amount of confident but having worked on my overall physical appearance (I.E. I look like I belong on a mens fitness mag. Not bragging, but having finally gotten the body I've always wanted I found out it honestly doesn't do much for you other than get you gawked at and eye molested.) for the better part of 5 years I'd at least give me an 8 out of 10 at first glance. Here's what I learned:

1) Physical appearance only takes you so far with women (ugly, handsome, cute or otherwise), past first impressions women care more about your personality than how you look in your form fitting graphic T. In other words, if you suck that beach body is useless the moment you start talking.
2) Confidence opens doors (among other things)
3) Attitude sells, the more nonchalant you come off the better you'll do; just don't be too much of a douche about it.
4) Conversational speaking works better than "spittin game". Ask questions, contrary to what the women in your life may tell you they like talking about themselves / their experiences more than they like hearing about yours (not to say they're uninterested, it's just not as important).
5) Be yourself. Plain and simple, because here's the deal; anyone can put on a front and putting on that front (if you're good at it) can definitely get you laid. However, if you're looking for a girlfriend that front can land you in a relationship with someone you have no business being in a relationship with.
