they assume that driving erratically will either;
A) impress you, not sure how... B) make you jealous because runing their MPG and over revving their engine is fun right? Or C) they feel the need to show their dominance over you, like a 30 second "rev my engine at you" will really show him!! There is a negative direct corrilation to maturity and penis size when coupled with these classic narsasistic cases of behavior.

I raced a riced out G35 the other day. It was auto, stanced out, had a horrible sounding exhaust that backfired, pretty cheesy.
It wasn't even a race. |

The majority of cars that try to "race me" are s2000's, 350/370z's and of course Mustangs. I get the occasional evo and wrx/sti kids that pull up and drive right next to me staring, honking, and revving their engine.
If theres a clear path, ill give in and show them what 400whp is like. If not, a fake ass smile and thumbs up usually does the trick If I give in, the crushed ego look when they finally catch up is always worth it |

I don't get this thread - it looks like it is splitted into 2 distinctive group of people who do not understand what the other say
Of course, in all cases, the driver of the other car is an "underage college kids", a "douchebags" or a "dumbass". Weird.

I don't understand the camp that claim that...
Quote:
All quarter mile cars are modified. The top super cars that cost hundreds of thousands of dollars are only in the high elevens stock. Everyone says this car was designed with tuners in mind. Well all quarter mile cars are tuner cars. This car is probably easier to make a fast quarter mile car than most because if it's light weight. Hell 400 or more HP in this car makes it a beast at just about everything as an all around car and pts it in super car territory with its light weight incredibly low center of gravity and it's power. Just made a grocery run taking the long route. Dodge Ram in front of me, loud exhaust, I can tell he's waiting for me to get near so he can gun it-- we're approaching a split where it goes off to the right on a downhill slope to enter the highway bypass onramp, I'm in 3rd and hit sport mode and made my move right and as he's just getting on his throttle I get on and make the corner to the onramp at 30-35 mph, all 4 tires singing as they were gliding downwards for a second then caught grip at the bottom.
