The first questions that come to mind are:
Do you ride with your foot resting on the clutch between shifts, or do you move your foot to the dead pedal? Do you sit at red lights with the car in gear with your foot on the clutch, or do you take it out of gear and move your foot to the dead pedal when stopped? |

I thought the questions were pretty clear. I'm pretty sure they were presented in grammatically correct English.
Do you ride with your foot resting on the clutch between shifts, or do you move your foot to the dead pedal? Do you sit at red lights with the car in gear with your foot on the clutch, or do you take it out of gear and move your foot to the dead pedal when stopped? Those questions would still apply whether you were tracking the car or driving your grandma for groceries. If they require further clarification, please elaborate on the parts you don't understand. |

I used to get clutch bearing squeal, but it went away when I improved my clutching and shifting techniques.

Could be.
Or it could be from riding the clutch in between shifts. Or it could be from just general abuse. It always amazes me the people who come on here complaining that the parts are poor quality or poor design, and then it turns out they were tracking or drifting the car. Yes, the car was built for track use. But it's only guaranteed for street use. Anybody who has ever dealt with performance cars knows that racing your car is going to involve broken parts. You gotta pay to play. |

at normal driving i rest my foot at dead pedal after shifting , but at drift mod i have to set my foot on the clutch all the time. sometimes i use clutch lock to drift , it maybe get half clutch while drifting but that shaving the clutch plate. at the red light i set the gear at 0 and my foot rest at dead pedal. but at the traffic crowding i pressing the clutch to rest my foot on it with activation the gear i use exhaust braking and shifting down to cold down the speed.

There is the reason your throw out bearing went bad.

Let's see... bright blue pressure plate, totally cooked bearing, hmmm. Track toast it appears to me.
