Had to touch up the most random spot today, the bottom textured area by the rear wheel well. Surprisingly, the factory touch up paint matches better than other options I have tried before.

it's a matter of option. like are you going to buy a CF hood and then paint it?

There was another build and the bro painted satin black and called it a day People gave him some shiz for it, but it is his build. You do what you want. Plus, to do it correctly you need to re paint the whole car not just the fenders. but if you get to the point why not invest in wrapping the whole car

hopefully, it turns out sexy as fak.

spoiler.

In my opinion, I like unpainted carbon fiber panels better than spacers on stock wheels (but then I have wheels that are an inch wider, with +38mm offset to bring the wheels out 10mm. To each their own.

Waited 5 months for the wheels and finally got them on today. Missing center caps, but still loving it so far.

Here's a quick phone pic. More pics after center caps and a good wash.

Wrapping a car in unpainted carbon fiber panels is pushing it IMO. Lip kits and hoods are acceptable as accents but having fenders and full panels in unpainted carbon fiber gives me the vibe that the owner is trying a little too hard with the "look at me!" factor. Not hating just an opinion.

Careful you don't over-torque. I usually just make sure my gf is home or a friend can come over and step on the brakes when I work on spacers.

spoiler.

If I was forced to buy CF, yes I would paint it. I might as well rock primer. SWP's are meant to be kept simple and clean. Just trying to help you not get clowned on, but mainly to keep you from deeply regretting cutting up your car, or bolting a gawdy spoiler on it. Proceed.

I had my brother paint my dash since I could not longer stand the plain silver. He left a silver border which is acceptable.

Here is a close up, for his first time doing this the lines are very good.

If anyone out there is a artist if you could PM me some feedback (positive, negative, little of both) I will pass it on to him.

You know, with all the holes you have to put in your car, all the exposed fasteners that will rust, and all the goofy features on the kit, the unpainted CF is probably the least of my concerns

Wow your brother has some solid skills.
I would've put it off-center, but that's just my opinion.

This is what makes me cringe every single time I see a RB kit...
