Which gasket did you use on your header to overpipe connection?

Personally I ended up using the larger gasket and about 2 weeks later took my car to a muffler shop to check for leaks. Mechanic said very slight leak where header met overpipe as well as where it met the engine itself. Gave him $20 and he fixed the leak by tightening a slight bit more. Solved the issue..

So what's the overall consensus on this header?

Quality ok?
Sounds raspy at times?
Flex joint may not survive a salty winter?
Fitment/flanges need TLC to avoid leaks?

quality is decent.
does sound raspy but i think the rasp is coming from a leak. there were no install instructions and it came with 2 gaskets. sounds like some of us used the larger one and some used the smaller one.

here's a video. you can only barely hear the raspy flutter sound i'm talking about though. seems to be more prominent in person rather than recording.

yeah it definitely helped the dip. feels like it added a noticeable amount of torque and HP in the higher RPMs. i'm still on the stock tune though so it's probably nothing too insane. no CEL yet though.

Thanks for the video fanaticalz. If you're bored, do one taking off, have your buddy film while you drive?

I just threw a cell this morning driving back from work on the interstate. Typical tho on long drives without tune
