There's a gray BRZ with black wheels and a license plate 'BOOST' that's always parked in Ann Arbor off of stadium -- by the Ace Hardware/Arbor Farms Market

Anyone on the forum?

Apparently the plate 'NOT TELLING' is still available. That honestly surprised me. Making me reconsider my other choice. I need to decide soon since I'm going to the SoS tomorrow morning.

Will do. My registration expires this month and I'm adding the recreation passport so it will let you know what its like if they separate all the costs.
