Maybe you can add some heatshield tape to help with the rattle, or is there anyway to bend the exhaust hangers to move things away from rattling? I had a 10-15 year old car with a dual 3" exhaust under the car and paid a premium...it never rattled. I would suspect there is a fix for this. |

Ok so yeah I have had my Nameless header on since the beginning of the Autocross season back in March. I have not had any issues with it what so ever.
It was initially mated to a 2.5 inch Nameless catted front pipe setup but was later switched out to a 3 inch catted front pipe that neck down to 2.5 inches where it meets the catback. Yes it does also have the Hemholtz on it too and it is one of the quietest STX cars at events (also helps that it has a prototype 2.5 inch single exit exhaust on it too). No noise issues with my car. |

It seems that the nameless midpipe needs some work. Good to hear that your header doesnt rattle overpipe up front tho. Might be worth a shot. Thanks. |

For mine the overpipe and front pipe are all one piece. Connecting the Midpipe to the frontpipe/overpipe was a 3" version of the stock crush gasket, it annoyed me a little. I think they could have done a v band connection and then made the fitment align perfectly. But thats just my .02, overall I'm still satisfied with the exhaust.

Probably because you don't really know what you are on about.
Hint: size/length of the tubes + SC vs NA Untuned VS Tuned.

Each Nameless header is a hand crafted work of art.
Did you miss the part about it making more mid range power than other headers on the market while keeping similar top end gains? My BRZ is specifically used for summer time DD and Autocrossing. |

Yall have a light tree for AutoX??? I wish we had that. Ill try to have someone record a run at my next event to compare sound of the 3" on NA. Not sure where your getting the mid-range loss from, Nameless headers make more power in that area. Top gains are pretty normal across the board. This will also come down to the tuner you use, you will not see 20hp to 30hp gains without a tune. I would not go with HKS, FT86, or Borla headers but thats just me being picky. JDL header is what I would go with if I didn't already have the Nameless header. The quality of the Nameless header is outstanding.
