Does anyone have pictures of the headunit's inside? These units don't have a jack for a external mic and I'm interested on how the internal mic is soldered into the mainboard, so I can make an adapter for the OE mic in my 2013 Santa Fe.

I did the 1000HP settings as recommended by the script and basically all of the options.

Here is a good little tutorial:

The only things i didn't do yet are Nitro Lag Nullifier and the Jelly ISCream Mod (services.jar mod) because I was too lazy. I might do that today.
Tried fix permission in rom manager but no dice. On an unrelated note I would love to see kit Kat on this device. It lags like a phone from 2010. Kit Kat is optimized for low end devices.

Of note, one list thatactually had 103 tracks in it only shows as having 28 in poweramp.

The same playlist files work perfectly in Rocket Player.
Dude, idk what problems you're having with Poweramp in particular (because I'm not much of a playlist guy), but it's not the most recommended and highly rated android music player out there for no reason. If you want actual support on just poweramp there are plenty of better resources on other android forums, including Poweramp's own forums. Oh and Poweramp 3.0 is supposed to add a TON of awesome new functionality (whenever it comes out).

I brought up this issue in a thread on PowerAmp's official forums.

Hrm, this is actually a downside for those of us with RHD's.

Maybe a bit, but in general this thing is geared more towards LHD with the volume knob on the left and all... Of course, maybe you could ask them if they plan on releasing a RHD version? They seem to be good at responding to questions. The mic being a few inches farther shouldn't matter too much honestly though.

They just responded to a Facebook inquest regarding connecting to external mic. They said to email support before ordering and they can probably wire it appropriately.......

Well that's interesting, I wonder what they mean by that....

In other news, I'm trying this app out again: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=850464

I realized it does actually work more than I originally thought, it's just hard to scroll through and see all the buttons because it's meant for a vertical screen, so things get cutoff on ours. Now, I used a key press identifier app, and the one button I'd really like to remap is the menu button above the home button (make it a search button or something). It seems to be outputting that press as key 82, but unfortunately that doesn't show up in the long list of buttons on the buttonremapper app. I'm going to continue to fool around with it to see if I can get that or the DSP (right knob press-in) button to be changed. I will update if I'm successful, maybe someone else on here can figure it out too?

BTW, I used the KeyTest app in this post (not the one in the buttonremapper post as that one just showed a '0' for every key), http://boards.openpandora.org/topic/...hardware-keys/

And I grabbed the .kl files from my system (and the build.prop for those who wanted it!). The button remapper app seems to pull up the information from the "qwerty.kl" file only, but I'm not sure editing that one is doing anything, maybe together we can figure this out!

I've asked for pictures of the headunit's inside, so I can add a jack for an external mic, and they say you can mail their support to add one for you when you buy the unit.

Oh sweet. The next step would be if they could swap the Volume and Tuning knob functions (or if there's some way to do it on the software side).

does the navigation work WITHOUT wi-fi/4g/LTE/3g connection? like does it work even if you only have GPS signal available, or does it require wi-fi as well?

Most Android navigation apps require an active data connection, as they do not store the maps locally. I'm not sure about the nav app that comes pre-installed on this, as I haven't messed with it at all.
