I would do the STi button. The blue would match sure the exterior but would be awkward in the car IMO because of the rest of the lighting.

Instead of the convertible, turboed KERS system TRD Blue edition AWD BRZ, they should make a Jive Turkey edition with that interior, gosh its beautiful

How have I only just found this thread? Spectacular ergonomic approach, tasteful design, high quality build. Only car I've seen where the alcantara looks good.

The blue start button is cooler, but the red is prettier. Your call haha. I think the blue, but color matched to a new shift knob and one or two other things would tie it in decently enough. It looks smurf blue in the pics, does that really match WRB? I can't talk about matching though, my dark blue subaru has TRD pushbutton and beige Nismo shoulder pad

The Tom's button is cool, and cheap, but pretty clearly low quality. If you're placing a japanparts order it could be worthwhile to pick one up to play around with...

Not gonna lie, I read that as 'trap door' and got extremely excited.

The leather strap doesn't seem to bunch up at the rear like the red strap has done once or twice... What does the mechanism look like, I get that the pull strap is attached to a release cable, but what direction does it pull? I am very interested in this setup, if it looks like the operation is sound I'd love to buy a pair from you. No worries on price, really.

you pull it forward. its really easy once you understand the hang of it. now i dont even think about it, stick it in the hole pull and voila! now its like second nature, door handles are annoying and more work

i love that tom's button...so JDM maybe i'll do that, kind of unique the blue button just wouldn't go with anything. and the red would just be an eye sore i feel.

still no idea what to do with the knob itself though. really like the copper color but i dont know what else to do, kind of want a burnt black/copper oil looking thing.

Jive, when you ride with your windows down, do those door handles slap against the side of the door? Kind of like how seat belts do.
