If anybody is in the market for a BRZ - or any Subaru for that matter - please avoid Ogilvie Subaru.

The customer service I've received is terrible.
Long story short (which doesn't include previous problems), I drive 100km to go show the manager my scratched plastics. He tells me that I'll need to come back "so my guys can look at it and diagnose the problem"
I'm on the verge of calling Subaru Canada.

Ottos service has gone downhill unfortunately... Very by the book and structured.... Appointment for everything.

Fingers crossed, I am now fully DIY for normal maintenance.

So unless I have to drop the engine or transmission I only need to visit the parts counter every now and then. It's a somewhat liberating feeling.

I go for oil changes - extended warr provides for 8x - I've done 3 so far

Have dinner with the family tonight so may not be able to make it out to M&M. Will be attending cars and coffee in the morning though. Going to be a beautiful night/day so should be good at both events.

Pete, sorry to hear about your header issues. I thought FA20 stuff was good. I haven't heard any complaints about OFH fitment so crossing my fingers. It should be a 20-minute job. I just need to pickup new gaskets.
