Chen's being a good wingman tonight.

Tradeoffs everywhere but a big one is an effective 9% pay cut with OR income taxes.

Although having lived in Seattle and Portland, we get the better weather such as it is in the Pacific Northwest.

Plus you'd have a leg up, so to speak, compared with too many other women around town.

I would feel freaking awful.. Even if they said I could stay for however long I needed to I'd feel like complete crap doing that.

Also if @torqdork is saying I'd get hit on a lot I'm thinking I should reconsider moving right now. I love having guys as friends because I wouldn't have to deal with catty girls and back stabbing but that kind of attention makes me nervous and I'm not big on dating.. I suck at it and I've never wanted to date I just want one person. So eff that.

Still I like the weather for the most part and it isn't across the country so it would be a nice move. The change of scenery and people would be nice too.. I just can't afford to. Maybe if I win the lottery, or I'll just move to the very edge of it so I don't get raped by taxes and such. Lol

I think portland is one of the lesser taxed cities. There's places near the coast that have sales on top of city tax. As for getting hit on. I wouldn't say so everybody here is either too high or are the same with you want to be single. Regardless. Walk around with a group of guys and it won't happen. We're respectful here. For the most part.

Haha, for the most part. Great a bunch of pot heads too, eh? Lol they're everywhere now a days. Man oh man.. I guess it's a good thing that I don't even have to option to choose, seems like a tough decision yo. At least is kinda know some people and I'd finally get to chill at Darren's.

Lol. Well we do defiantly have more of the welcoming vibe. We do have our share of pot. With Vancouver being right over the bridge people will just go there and buy it. All in all. Your choice in the end. I say visit. Feel it out and see what it has to offer for ya. I'm sure the pdx would love to have ya. Plus. Say you hate it and you want to move back. You're not that far from home.
